“The Premier's Athletic Awards Program is designed to recognize athletic excellence of the province's elite athletes. Financial support is provided to these athletes to defray the costs incurred through training and competition and must be used for this purpose only.
Athletes must be currently training and competing in the sport indicated and continue to train upon receipt of their award.”
Please note that all applications must be fully completed and returned to the NLAA office, not the provincial government. When completing the form please include all relevant performances from Sept 2009 through December 2010. The deadline (received) for all applications is Friday, January 21st, 2011.
