Sport NL Social Media & News Feeds

To All Sport NL PSO's

In an effort to improve our news distribution, communication, and membership / athlete networking, Sport NL has started a Facebook Page facebook.com/sportnl and a Twitter Account twitter.com/sportnl.

Please circulate this information to all stakeholders in your organization including your membership lists, and if possible include links on your website. We have added Facebook and Twitter buttons at the top of our website sportnl.ca for easy access.

Note also that some time ago we sent a Sport NL User ID and Password to every PSO (to the President or if applicable the Executive Director). Using these credentials PSO's can log in to the Membership section at sportnl.ca and post your own stories to sportnl.ca. This is a great way for you to share news, results, notices, events, etc. with the entire Sport NL membership, and we now have all stories from our site pushed through to Facebook and Twitter to reach an even broader audience.

We encourage all PSO's to take full advantage of these communication tools by posting directly to sportnl.ca, and by engaging with Facebook and Twitter. If you need a reminder email with your Sport NL User ID and Password, or if you need a hand making your first post to our site, drop us a line or give us a call any time.

Thanks,
Glenn
